This candidate should be able to assisting the Finance Lead and Finance Partners responsible for a range of tasks mainly focusing on the purchase ledger and accounts payable

Description
The key responsibilities for the Temporary Finance Officer is:
- Collecting and Scanning purchase invoices accurately
- Querying invoices with colleagues and suppliers when required
- Using software to process purchase invoices
- Administering queries from suppliers concerning invoices and payments
- Assisting with the weekly suppler payment run (BACS)
- Assisting with month end routine, posting journal entries
- Monitor Central Finance inbox
- Other ad hoc finance / admin duties
Profile
The successful Temporary finance Officer will have the following:
- Be able to cope with the volume of invoices coming through the department a month.
- Bed able to work alone or a part of a team.
- Work in a fast paced environment with accuracy.
- Have good communication skills to be able to communicate with customers and colleagues
