This FMCG company that is based in Chippenham is looking for a immediately available Temporary Accounting Assistant to join there team. The Finance Service Centre is a fast moving, customer focused team, providing a range of professional services to support this busy finance team.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Temporary Accounting Assistant are:

• Central recovery recharges
• Central billing recharges (excl leases) and service now query resolution.
• Completion of relevant balance sheet reconciliations
• Provide support to the Accounting Compliance Officer, processing journals into Oracle within the agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Provide cover for the Accounting Compliance Officer when required.
• Other Accounting duties and projects as required

Profile

The Successful Temporary Accounting Assistant will have the following:

• Experience of working in an office environment,

• Be flexible and able to work longer days at peak points in the month to ensure that Service Level Agreements are met.
• Studying towards a recognized accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/AAT)
• Experience of working under pressure, prioritizing, and managing competing deadlines
• Demonstrating teamwork and togetherness to achieve goals,
• Ability to identify process improvements that deliver quality/efficiency benefits,
• Ability to demonstrate strong excel skills.
