Description
Key responsibilities of Commercial Business Partner:
As Commercial Business Partner you will be tasked with:
Controlling responsibility: overall, by product, by channels
Controlling responsibility for Financial KPIs
Financial review of business decisions (strategic and operational)
Financial guidance to all Sales Offices and other entities
Management of the planning & control cycle (MTP, Budgets, Forecasts and Actuals)
Projects: ensure controlling deliverable's are realised
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
Finance professional qualification - CIMA is highly preferred
Experience working in a financial controlling function
Previous companies at least one of:
o Large Multinational
o Similar industry (e.g. Printing sector)
o B2B product Sales (e.g. machinery + service)
Experience working across a wide region - EMEA will be the area focus of this role
Strong Business Partnering experience - mandatory - ability to build trust with key stakeholders (sales and marketing) and to influence them by effective communication skills
Highly organised

This is a hybrid role - it will require 3 days working from the office (Stockley Park) and 2 working from home. During the first few months this role will require 4 days in the office in order to build relationships and settle in the role effectively.
Minimum of 25 days holiday per year
