Accounts Assistant needed to join an accountancy practice in Slough!
A highly successful and leading chartered accountancy practice based in Slough. The business has been undergoing continued and sustained positive growth. A mix of remote/home to office working will be on offer with at typically a minimum of two days in the office a week required as part of their working policies moving forward. Joining as an Accounts Assistant you will take responsibility for the delivery of bookkeeping services, management accounts , preparation of VAT returns, along with assistance on year end accounts and providing additional administrational support to the team. You will work on varied clients mixed in industry range and turnover across primarily limited company, OMBs, SMEs well into the £millions in turnovers. For this Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant role you may be an AAT qualified technician, or you may have developed your career through experience only and be looking to build further on this, in a hands on role. You will have developed experience across any of bookkeeping, preparing vat returns, management accounts, year end accounts etc ideally within an accountancy practice firm of any size. You will have at least three years or more experience, developed across any of these areas. Part time or full time working arrangements can work - four days a week, or full time equally of interest to explore. A mix of remote/home to office working will be on offer.
