Your field of responsibility
The Compensation Analytics and Accounting function sits in Group Finance (CFO). This is a global function with teams in Singapore and Zurich. CAA’s main responsibilities are as follows:
- Support and manage application of the Financial Metrics and Measurements agreed by the Group Compensation Committee in the determination of Group incentive compensation
- Provide specialist compensation expertise to businesses alongside Executive Compensation and Pension Accounting & Reporting team
- Work within Financial and Strategic Planning to perform compensation modelling and analysis
- Manage close linkage between Performance Measurement and Compensation frameworks
- Perform the accounting, reporting, and control for employee variable compensation, other benefits, and employer payroll taxes
The CAA team’s main collaborators are the CSG CFO, CEO, Compensation Committee, Group FP&A, Group External Reporting, Capital Management, HR, Treasury and Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (“CCAR”) Central teams.
The scope of activities for this role include:
- Compensation analytics and reporting for divisions, legal entities, and group
- CCAR projections for various deferral plans under Fed related stress-test scenarios
- Month end / Quarter end close activities
- Preparation of various reports and analyses and interaction with partners
- Year end statutory disclosures and audit

Your skills and experienceYour skills include:
- Proven 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a high pressure, deadline focused commercial environment or audit and assurance function
- Previous work experience in Banking and Finance is preferred but not vital
- Proven experience in dealing with large datasets
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Background in accounting and management reporting
- A flexible approach to work combined with a “can do” attitude that is task orientated
- You are ambitious, hardworking who can work on own initiative and deliver on time whilst also being a good teammate
- Logical and meticulous, detailed and hands on with good analytical skills
- Standout colleague with good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
