Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

• You have at least 3 years relevant industry, business and technological professional experience
• You have a genuine interest in the European Institutions and want to take part in their further development
• You have experience with data management (SQL) and Business Intelligence. Experience with one of the following tool is an asset SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau
• You want to work in an international, dynamic environment and are willing to travel in the European Union on a regular basis
• You have been actively involved in transformation and project work
• Experience with finance tools such as SAP, Anaplan… is an asset
• You are creative and eager to innovate
• You are fluent in English (written, spoken) - Any other European language, such as French, is an asset

Your future role

Within our practice, a specific team is dedicated to leverage our service offering with deep EU industry expertise and helping the EU institutions to address their key finance, accounting and reporting challenges. We are looking for consultants to strengthen our Finance @ EU Center of Excellence.

You apply your experiences in finance and industry foresight to lead conversations on critical client issues with EU institutions leaders. You use your analytical skills to bring these conversations to the next level and help the EU institutions leaders take informed decisions.

You support the EU institutions in a wide range of various projects from strategy definition to implementation by:

• Supporting our clients in leveraging their data to transform them into insight through efficient reporting processes
• Supporting our clients in identifying, defining and implementing client tailored solutions in the field of:
• Financial & management reporting
• Digital Finance
• Financial processes improvement and financial re-organization
• Costing, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
• Continuing to develop your functional and technical skills by learning both from peers on projects and through a wide range of tailored trainings.
• Participating to initiatives to develop eminence in the Finance @ EU Center of Excellence
• Further developing our footprint within the European Institutions
• Coaching younger resources and help them evolve
