Our Systems, Reporting and Analysis, team manages all aspects of PwC’s Human Capital technology, inclusive of day to day support, implementation of new enhancements and applications, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement. We provide PwC leadership with targeted insights and metrics to improve workforce operations through the use of technology applications and standardisation.
The People Reporting & Analytics Associate will partner closely with stakeholders in delivering people-related reporting and analytics capabilities with the aim of providing actionable information and insights about our people to drive business success.

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Role specific responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement and maintain ongoing and ad-hoc people reports and people analytics dashboards
- Optimise or build spreadsheets and automated dashboards to empower stakeholders to self-serve their data and analytical needs
- Support the headcount budget planning exercise and prepare reports for internal and external compliance & regulatory requirements
- Analyse and collect internal and external data for various types of people reports to inform trends and generate actionable insights to help stakeholders make data-driven decision
- Translate data into clear and concise communications, reports, presentations for leadership updates
- Provide training to existing and new users of related reports and dashboards
- Work with HR Operations team to identify any data discrepancies and oversee data hygiene for people analytics to ensure accuracy and clean data
- Work with other HR functions to improve data collection processes, enhance existing reports and data sources, discuss requirements, work on cross-functional projects and share best practices
- Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders while balancing impact on business needs

Preferred skills
- Experience in applying and using a broad range of reporting and analytics techniques or tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI)
- Proficiency in advanced data modeling and visualisation programming tools (e.g. PowerBI, R, Python, etc.) is a plus
- Attention to detail, good storytelling and reporting skills
- Good facilitation, communication and project management skills
- Able to demonstrate a high level working in a team, self-starter and willing to learn new tools & analytic environments.
Minimum years experience required
- 1 to 2 years working in a similar capacity
