Our Payroll team manages all aspects of PwC’s payroll process. As the Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for tasks necessary to accomplish PwC’s payroll processing objectives including payroll preparation, developing reports and maintaining payroll records and systems.

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Role specific responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, resignations, and changes to salaries and benefits.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Ensure compliance with the Firm’s policies and statutory requirements.
- Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
- Attend to stakeholders' enquiries within the stipulated time frame as indicated in the Service Level Agreement.

Preferred skills
- Proven experience as a payroll manager or similar role
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
- Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
- Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS (e.g. SAP, Workday) and MS Office (especially Excel)
- A keen eye for detail
- An analytical mind and good math skills
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Educated to degree level
Minimum years experience required
- 10 years of experience working in payroll
