Description
- Uploading invoices to customer portals
- Updating the system to reflect correct email addresses for customers
- Managing a central credit control inbox, either responding to customers or forwarding emails to correct credit controllers
- Preparing various reports
- General administration duties
Profile
- Experience within a Credit Controller role
- Excel Intermediate level (Pivot tables etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Able to clearly explain financial matters
- Attention to detail with good analytical skills
- The ability to prioritise a heavy workload and be flexible in approach
Job Offer
- Full time hours available (40 hours per week)
- Up to £27,000 depending on experience
