Job Description

StorHub Group is one of the largest self-storage owner-operators in Asia, and is continuing to expand its footprint across high-growth self-storage markets in Asia through strategic M&A and organic asset acquisitions. Position Overview:

Accountant role at Group level. This role contributes significantly to the group financial reporting process and supports the growth of our overseas business units.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the finance manager in monthly and annual group financial consolidation.
• Prepare statutory reports, audit schedules and liaise with external audit firms.
• Manage financial activities and reporting for investment holding companies (investments, intercompany balances, accounts payable, assets register, shares register etc).
• Act as finance partner and manage outsourced service providers for our overseas business units.
• Liaise with service providers for corporate secretarial and banking matters.
• Support adhoc projects, e.g. system implementation, merger and acquisition.

Key Requirements:

• Strong work ethics with ability to deliver on schedule.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and teams from other countries.
• Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in group consolidation and financial reporting role.
• Experience in real estate industry will be highly advantageous.
• Experience in using Netsuite by Oracle will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in some Asian languages (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) to communicate with our overseas business units representatives will be advantageous.
