TA Specialist, MNC Luxury Retail

Your new role
- Handle end to end talent acquisition for front line positions from job posting, screening resumes, arrange & conduct interview and offer negotiation
- Participate in HR / talent acquisition projects as required
- Conducts market research via various channels (social media/job boards/career sites/referrals etc.) and develop strong network to build a robust talent pipeline and database
- Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels including job fairs, recruitment day, recruitment agencies and other recruitment activities
- Plan and implement talent sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct approach while maximising quality and minimising cost per hire
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment (MNC/ luxury retail in-house / agency).
- Good knowledge in HR practices, employment ordinance & related legal regulatory in HK and regional;
- Responsible, adaptive to changes and able to handle pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, positive, well-organised and demonstrate as a good team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Occasionally travel is needed
