Management Accountant (Pre-planned progression route)

Our FMCG Client are experiencing impressive growth over the last few years which has shown no sign of slowing down, and are therefore they are looking to bring in an aspiring Management Accountant (Pre-planned progression route) to grow with the business. The role will be based out of Peterborough and will give the candidate key exposure to commercial business decisions and will be given the lead on everything including system migrations.

Client Details

Our Long time Client who dominates the FMCG sector due to key commercial decision and investing and growing their exceptional finance department. The Management Accountant (Pre-planned progression route) will be ideally Part Qualified and have had exposure to P&L's and balance sheet reconciliations. This role will be suited to a candidate that is looking for a challenging role that rewards them financially as well as vital experience in their growth.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Management Accountant (Pre-planned progression route) will be:

• Being responsible for ensuring all processes are mapped out from a financial perspective
• Posting and reconciling journals
• Assessing and completing any internal controls
• Assisting the Financial Controller with the external audit
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Leading on system migration

Profile

The Management Accountant (Pre-planned progression route) will:

• Be studying towards their ACCA/CIMA/ACA
• Have had previous exposure with month end journals
• Be comfortable working to multiple deadlines.
• Have strong attention to detail
• Will have experience in improving processes or system of control
