COMMERCIAL FINANCE ANALYST - FULL TIME, NORTH SHIELDS, UNITED KINGDOM

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Analyst to provide high quality commercial analysis and reporting, to support decision making and to help optimise and drive performance. You will be responsible for delivering high quality business partnering and support department leaders in improving performance and to proactively support END.'s ambitious growth plans.

What you'll be doing:

Key responsibilities
  • Delivering sales reporting covering geographies, brands, categories and channels.
  • Assessing geographical returns and accrual requirements.
  • Delivering key brand reporting.
  • Analysing shipping performance, prices and assessing changes.
  • Assessing the impact of currency movements and helping manage FX pricing.
  • Working closely with the Digital and Brand Marketing teams to enhance financial understanding and deliver high quality, financially reconciled reporting.
  • Managing sales interfaces to ensure financial data is timely and reconciled.
  • Delivering regular trading updates and performance commentary and insights.
  • Monthly Management Information reporting.
  • Producing analysis to cover Board / Investor requests and produce Board reports.

What you'll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work with high volume, complex data sets quickly and accurately.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Proven experience of providing valuable insights.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and business partnerships.

Qualifications:
  • Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
  • High calibre graduate with a relevant degree would also be considered (e.g. finance / economics, data science, maths/statistics)
