                      Manager/Assistant Manager

Together with our professional team, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of diversified clients and deliver high quality Audit and Assurance
•  
• Overseeing proper execution of external audit, corporate governance, compliance,

enterprise risk assessment projects.

• Audit planning, fieldwork and reviews.
• Achieve team and individual budgets and business plan/ performance objectives.
• Manages project financials, including budgets, WIPS, timely billing and collection and

variance recognition.

• Think strategically about client needs with an understanding of their business and key

risks.

• Providing additional help and guidance to clients on a consultancy basis.
• Participate in the development of ways to meet client needs, contributes to proposal

delivery.

• Identifying ways to strengthen the relationship with clients and deliver added value.
• Responsible for leading, coaching, training and developing a team of auditors

What you should have:

• Work in Singapore for at least 3-5 years with audit experience in mid-tier or larger accounting firms
• Professional accounting qualification and/or a Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of working experience at relevant and supervisory level.
• Proficient in Chinese (written and spoken) as the incumbent has to liaise with Chinese speaking clients overseas.
