Are you interested in a career in the aviation sector? We are looking for a Assurance Manager, to join our team at Gatwick Airport.

The role as an Assurance Manager is primarily focused on supporting the Senior management team to ensure that both current and future systems, processes and procedures deliver fair outcomes and ensuring Wilson James always meet regulatory requirement, which are governed by both the CAA and Gatwick Airport Limited.

This role is suited to a self-motivated individual with experience of compliance or aviation. Thriving on playing an important role in the development of the department, bringing fresh thinking, best practice, and appropriate challenges, thus contributing to the growth and future success of the organisation.

Main Duties:
  • Support and develop our systems, procedures, and process to meet our regulatory requirements.
  • Daily completion of flight audits covering SLAs and reviews of Service and Safety standards.
  • Carrying out routine risk assessments and reporting findings to line manager
  • Assist in the organisation and submission of regulatory reporting.
  • Contribute to Compliance organisational strategies.
  • Work closely with Duty and Terminal managers to ensure joined up approach.
Required Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced IT Skills
  • Sound stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to generate succinct and detailed reports.
  • Understanding of Compliance or Aviation is desirable.
  • Driving licence and ability to obtain Airside ID.
  • Possess excellent administrative & organisational skills.
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Driving License
Qualifications and Licenses:

  • MS EXCEL (Advanced)
