Payroll Officer

Full-time position in a diverse organisation. Perfect entry level position in payroll/accounting support. Your new company Our client based in Mooroopna is a seeking a permanent payroll officer. This contract is to cover the manual payroll system as they migrate into a new payroll system. The client is requesting the first 6 months to be office based to learn the role with the organisation, than opportunity of flexible working conditions after with full-time hours. Your new role You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate payroll processing whilst providing excellent customer service when assisting employees with payroll enquiries. You will maintain employee information, process daily clocking's and interpret the appropriate industry awards. What you'll need to succeed You will have a previous experience in payroll, with manual payroll processing desirable. You will have experience interpreting awards and employment agreements. You will be a positive and effective communicator, adaptable attitude and the ability to cope with changing priorities. Suitable for a fresh graduate who is seeking experience across multiple fields for future career development.
