Client Details
A growing Worthing based business are looking to recruit a Graduate Finance Analyst on a full time permanent basis.
Description
As Graduate Finance Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Performing reviews of financial performance against budget/forecast
- Working with the reporting team to ensure the numbers prepared are accurate
- Performing additional reviews with the business to ensure performance is understood
- Collating and preparing various KPIs
- Supporting the creation of new KPI dashboards and maintaining accuracy of these reports
- Preparing the reporting packs to include commentary on performance vs budget/forecast
- Working with the team to improve processes and reporting
- Providing business partnering support to the business
- Challenging and encouraging stakeholders on performance to help the Group achieve its financial goals.
- Preparing budget/forecast submissions
- Supporting on group reporting
Profile
- Relevant degree in either Accountancy, Finance, Maths, Economics, Business
- Advanced excel skills
- Desire for further CIMA study
- Interest in financial analysis
