The client are a global health and beauty retailer that are based in South West London. They have 5 global offices and they are looking for a Benefits and Payroll Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. The client are eager to get a candidate with the right attitude and willingness to learn more about the Benefits side of Payroll.

The client are one of the world's largest health and beauty retail groups that own and manage a number of well-known brands across the world. The global HQ is based in South West London (Battersea), whilst the other 4 offices are based in Shoreditch, Croydon, Milan and the United States. The client are looking for a dynamics and exciting candidate to join the team on a permanent basis, to help manage the Benefits portal.

Description

The successful Benefits and Payroll Specialist will:

• Become the main point of contact for all benefits queries across the business (UK and abroad)
• Help to manage any new benefit roll-outs
• Liaise directly with the benefit suppliers and negotiate terms
• Manage the Benefits system
• Assist with the monthly processing of the UK Payroll (approx 150-200 employees)
• Help to maintain Payroll and Benefits information on the company system
• Ad hoc Payroll and Benefit analysis

Profile

The successful Benefits and Payroll Specialist will be:

• Have previous experience working in a finance, payroll or HR team
• Have a keen interest to get heavily involved with the Benefits side of Payroll
• Looking for something new and a change to what you're doing now

Job Offer

• £30,000 - £35,000
