About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Commercial Finance team as a Finance Business Partner. Work in true partnership with the UK and RoI Chief Financial Officer, Head of Commercial Finance and UK Regional Ops Directors, to deliver strategic business outcomes through meaningful and actionable insights from historic and future financial performance. Finance Business Partners at IVC form an integral part of the Operational leadership team and participate in regional strategic development and planning. As part of driving performance, the Finance Business Partner is also responsible for identifying opportunities and risks as well as recommending action plans and serving as a catalyst to challenge the business and drive forward critical initiatives to deliver the strategy. Outside of this, you will also have an exciting opportunity to collaborate on wider Project work as allocated by the UK CFO/Head of Commercial Finance/Regional Directors. A truly great opportunity, let us tell you more! Key responsibilities:

• Working in partnership with Regional Ops Directors including joint accountability for area P&L performance, cost management and delivery of financial and non-financial KPIs
• Supporting the appropriate cascade of information and performance management between clinics and UK consolidated results and being able to articulate the story of historic performance as well as identify future risks and opportunities
• Create and monitor the regional performance dashboard
• Identify and implement opportunities for practice growth and development, working closely with Central Support teams to deliver projects and initiatives that enhance practice performance
• Work with the Commercial Finance analysts to pull out insights from data
• Support 2-way internal communications throughout the business
• To liaise with the FP&A team to support the budget and re-forecasting process.

Experience required.

• Educated to degree level and having completed their professional accounting qualification (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or similar). Part qualified and Qualified by experience also considered.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and discuss financial performance to both finance and non-finance people, whilst building clinic rapport.
• Previous Finance Business Partnering experience is a must.
• Dynamic, curious and driven to deliver excellence.
• Team player able to collaborate with stakeholders but also challenge appropriately.
• Ability to adapt and thrive and manage workload in a constantly evolving environment.
• Excellent IT skills including advanced excel.
• Confident working with various management reporting systems.
• Comfortable working within a clinical environment where compassion is a requirement.
