Attention all Business Analysts! Are you ready to take your career to the next level and make a real impact in the entertainment and leisure industry? Look no further! Merlin Entertainments is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Technology team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner, IT Project Managers, and business stakeholders to identify and define business problems, and develop solutions that deliver real business value. You will lead the definition and evaluation of business solution options, and work closely with stakeholders to refine requirements and acceptance criteria. You will also support IT QA activities and assist in post-implementation assessments and benefits tracking.
Key responsibilities include supporting the IT Product Owner for Employee Systems, solving complex problems, recognizing process challenges, and supporting project managers in delivering mandatory project deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong presentation and reporting skills, and experience working on IT BA activity within a customer-facing function. A proven track record of leading projects in the entertainment and leisure industry, as well as knowledge and experience in project management processes and BPM tools is a must.
