Tasks
Objective of Job
Quality gate for Corporate and Dealer Credit process to ensure a high standard of credit file quality, monitoring quality, operation quality and risk control quality, etc. Execute the overall monitoring on related processes with all compliance requirements, applicable policy and procedures and provide a robust feedback loop with appropriate leaders
Task Description
1. Conduct Regular Quality Control with High Correctness and High Efficiency
• Select sample and deliver checking results according to defined scope and methodology;
• Communicate results with corresponding team leaders and raise recommendations for quality improvement with regular follow-ups;
• Support compliance check with all applicable policy and procedures at all levels. Ensure escalation and remedy of all violations within established framework;
• Deliver comprehensive quality assurance reports to management on a regular basis
2. Support Optimization and Process Improvement
• Support for long-term optimization after quality control framework in place to effectively monitor and track credit-underwriting performance
• Ensure compliance with all Daimler policy and procedures (global and local)
3. Others
• Lead/or participate in initiatives and other assignments from time to time
Qualifications
Qualification
Education
• Bachelor degree in finance or finance related
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
Specific Knowledge
• Good understanding of PC and commercial vehicle market and dealer business;
• Sound knowledge about Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Accounting knowledge preferred
Managerial and other skills:
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Management and coordination skills
• Strong negotiation skills
Experience (Art):
• Corporate Credit analysis experience in a financial services company or bank or other related finance industry or function for at least 5 years, management experience is a plus
• 3 years working experience in international accounting firm, management experience is a plus
• Audit experience is a plus
