Part Time Payroll

This is a on going temporary part time, payroll position.

Client Details

My client is a growing manufacturing company looking for a part time temporary payroll assistant to assist their team.

Description

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Assisting with reviewing, validating and processing monthly payroll for UK employees using ADP
• Ensuring payroll is processed accurately without errors in a timely manner
• Reviewing payroll reports from ADP, ensuring all instructions have been correctly interpreted and processed 100% accurately
• Assisting with monitoring and reconciliation of UK tax, NI and statutory payments to HMRC
• Assisting with P11Ds preparation
• Manage payroll related queries and requests from employees
• Assisting with processing invoices on SAP
• Providing support with the onboarding and offboarding process
• Assisting with monitoring holiday and absence records
• Assisting HR team with other ad-hoc admin duties

Profile

Requirements / Person Specifications:

• In-dept knowledge of UK payroll processes, taxation, employment law
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of UK legislation
• Strong numerical, written and verbal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, ideally in Excel
• Attention to detail
• Able to work towards tight deadlines being well organised
• Strong sense of confidentiality
• Knowledge of using ADP and SAP is desirable but not essential
