Constantly innovating to meet the changing consumer needs and behaviours while expanding their global market share, they are now looking for a high calibre enterprise risk manager to look at the organisation's enterprise risk.

about the job

Reporting to the head of ERM for the region, you will be looking at risk governance for the group. You will look at the corporate risk frameworks and group policies. You will look at the overall operations of the organisation, do the risk evaluation ad come up with recommendations to mitigate the overall risk of the organisation. You will enhance the risk analytics capabilities to identify key risk indicators to identify emerging trends. You will facilitate CSA (Control-Self-Assessment). You will maintain the risk register and track it together with the business units BCM (business continuity management). You will enhance risk intelligence and business continuity culture with the business units.

skills and experience required

You should ideally be Degree qualified or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience in risk. Some BCM experience will come as a strong advantage for the role. You are business oriented and are able to communicate effectively at all levels. You possess strong planning and documentation skills as well as the ability to influence and garner support.
