Missions

CHEF COMPTABLE - ACCOUNTING TEAM LEADER

You will be part of the Finance Team and report directly to the CFO.

As an Accounting Team Leader, you will:

• Support & supervise the accounting team in the process of incoming & outgoing invoices
• Fix asset management and General Ledger to ensure the progress of accounting & payment processes
• Work in an environment where IFRS will be leading
• Be able to tackle BEGAAP adjustments
• Coordinate & organize activities of you accounting team according to the priorities
• Provide an efficient & effective service
• Ensure both respect between accounting policies & processes
• Motivate your team to give their best skills and keep them motivated
• Ensure that frames & objectives are clear for everyone

Profil du candidat

CHEF COMPTABLE - ACCOUNTING TEAM LEADER

The successful candidate:

• You have a Bachelor in Accounting
• You have 10 years of experience
• You are a Dutch or French native speaker and a good command of English
• you are ready to work in renewable energies and reduce CO2 emissions
• You are used to work in BE GAAP & IFRS
• You are used to work or you know SAP4 / HANA
• You must have experience in people management of at least 3 years
• You are a real team player
• You are solution minded, you respect deadlines and think proactively
• You are a real driver, you come with your ideas and you're not afraid of change
