Description

• To lead as an autonomous, decisive organisation leader. Not merely raising problems but also proactively working with others to solve them.
• To lead the management of strategic reviews, planning processes, organization reporting.
• To develop the business development and planning capabilities across the organisation to identify new areas of growth and innovation to inform future income generation opportunities.
• To work with the Senior Leadership Team ensuring the right platforms, systems, processes and resources are in place to successfully deliver on the strategy, problem solving and we deliver on our goal to be a truly data driven, evidence-based organisation.
• To drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks and retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems.
• To develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors
• To identify and secure mergers and acquisition deals, heading due diligence functions and reporting to various stakeholders of the business.

Profile

CAs/MBA (Finance) with 7-10 years of work experience preferably from a Pharma background
