For our client region Antwerp we are looking for a Finance Manager (international scope) for an international company in the medical sector.

Description

• Contribute to the developing of the new Shared Competency Center and lead the SCC in the areas of Intercompany, P2P, Master Data, AR, GL and reporting.
• Assume ownership of selected roles for systems and BI tools and ensure accurate and timely completion of activities, as well as compliance with accounting and audit policies.
• People management of +/- 10 people and ensure equal and diverse work allocation within the team.
• Identify processes and activities for standardization and automation and take the lead in in global projects.
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are provided and improve the service that is delivered to stakeholders.
• Compile KPI's and identify further harmonization opportunities.

Profile

• Master's (or bachelors) degree in economics.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Fluent communication English.
• Experience with Excel and ERP systems.
• People Management skills.
