Business Analyst - HR Systems, Corporate Units.
Digital, Corporate Units - Bristol (Please note this role is 3 days in one of our Digital Hubs)

Our company is driven to find and deliver the digital transformation of HR systems and we are hoping that we can include you as our new Business Analyst within the corporate units team. You will be leading an agile delivery team to deliver changes and enhancements to our systems which are primarily SAP based but with some Oracle as well. We are looking for a hands-on person that can inspire others, you will be a change agent who will challenge, and own outcomes not just deliver projects.
You will be responsible for managing a large complex project, or a significant component of a large programme. The nature of the assignment will always be to deliver quality customer outcomes or solutions right across the project lifecycle

What You'll Be Doing
- Elicit the project requirements from the product owner
- Own the requirements of HR sprints and projects
- Assist the product owner in creating epics and crystallising them down into individual deliverables
- Maintain a log of requirements including those that are rejected
- Run requirement workshops using mural or whiteboard
- Log all requirements in Jira
- Ensuring decisions are made to protect/enhance the Colleague Experience, putting the company at the heart of everything we do.
- Focus on the Business Change to ensure all change lands excellently across the business.
- Collaborate with all internal Cooperate Units departments in developing colleague experience journeys, analysing results, and identifying opportunities
- Engage with strategy leads and analytics teams to ensure requirements are in line with strategic goals.
- Works with architects to ensure that the project fits with BT strategy
- Designs workflows and creates use cases.
- Prioritises requirements based on need and benefits
- Great interpersonal skills to run requirements workshops and big room planning
- The ability to work with architects to identify configuration and customisation.
- 6+ years of IT experience and eliciting information from HR stakeholders
- Experience in gathering requirements from multiple areas of a large business
- Exceptional communications skills, being able to tell a story
- Relevant industry experience within business change HR systems
- Knowledge of SAP
- Change management (Technology, Organisational & Cultural)
- Experience of the development of procedures and processes when launching a new business change
- Negotiation skills
- Agile delivery experience
- The ability to work with a multinational team that is not co-located.
