Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
  • Analyze and document business requirements across the D&A product estate for commercial set-up and processing. Identifying issues with the current set-up and supporting the Head of Commercial Transformation to shape the future state operating model
  • Manage the required documentation for the Commercial Transformation program, including inputs into decision making at both the Steering Committee level and for the D&A Product and Commercial Board
  • Conduct meetings for the purpose of information gathering, shaping of solutions and to manage stakeholders
  • Manage business communication to a wide set of stakeholders, including connected programs and BAU functions
  • Monitor and report on the successful execution of agreed commercial changes, for example the completion of an "End-of-Life" project for a specific product
  • Validation of the benefit delivery of the commercial transformation projects
  • Manages project risks and issues, drives mitigation actions and ensure high priority items are escalated to/within project steering committee for resolution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or equivalent
- Advanced or mid-level professional qualification in finance
  • Good understanding of the financial industry and its information needs.
  • Experience of working in a matrixed organisation.
  • Proven track record in analyzing complex business situations and articulating findings clearly
  • Has commercial acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams to tight deadlines, and work with a wide range of stakeholders at the same time
  • Ability to work with virtual teams to successfully deliver global projects
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (in particular Excel and Power Point)
  • Strong interpersonal skill, ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence at all levels within an organization.
  • Very good communication skills (both written and verbal, including ability to synthesize the work of others)
