Kreston Reeves is currently hiring for an Accounts and Outsourcing Assistant Manager to join our London office.

Accounts and Outsourcing Assistant Manager will:

  • Manage, support and develop a small client portfolio covering both year end financial reporting and compliance and outsourcing, ensuring the maximising of client advocacy and fee levels from own portfolio
  • Experience in financial reporting under FRS 102 and 105 is essential
  • Experience in IFRS and FRS 101 for both stand alone companies and also consolidated groups is desirable
  • Assist with the planning & prioritisation of all relevant client accounts work ensuring effective team workflow
  • Proactively contact clients when items of interest or benefit to the client arise therefore adding value
  • Ensure overall provision for high levels of client service is in place across own client base
  • Identify opportunities for the cross selling of services to other departments within the firm
  • Ensure client hygiene factors are in place, AML, KYC reviews, engagement letters etc
  • Supervise team members who are involved in production and delivery of own accounts work and provide feedback
  • Participation in delivery of local and regional training for new starters and more junior employees as agreed
  • Participate in business development through networking, meeting attendance, business pitches & presenting at webinars

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or qualified through experience
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Experience in Accounts, Outsourcing and Financial Reporting (FRS 101 and IFRS desired)
