Key responsibilities
- Collecting, checking and analyzing documentation and information required for clients' KYC onboarding and regular reviews within daily cooperation with sales team and clients' managers under supervision of Group Compliance Officer
- Preparing of corporate documents (exit sheet, client acceptance forms), internal reports and monitoring backlog situation meetingall deadlines according to client’s review and onboarding
- Managing AML / CFT Policies and Procedures are maintained on an ongoing basis in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and guidance;
- Preparation of training materials as relevant;
- Provide guidance and support to client service teams in accordance with the Compliance Policy and Procedures;
Key requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Client (KYC) checks or compliance related field, and with a large multinational financial institution or similar
- At least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Strong understanding of OFAC and other international sanctions laws and Money Laundering Regulations
- Team player and self-starter with ability to work proactively and co-operatively with others
- Excellent communications and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English at least C1 (essential)
- Fluent Polish at least C1
- Strong self-organization and prioritization skills
