6 month Fixed Term Contract for a Payroll Analyst to join the HR Operations team of this Financial Services business based in Canary Wharf, London.

Client Details

Global Asset Manager with European Headquarters in Canary Wharf, London.

Description

  • Assist with the transition of the Payroll system to Workday
  • Designated point of contact for payroll & benefits related queries and coordination of the European payroll
  • Support processing of allocated European Payrolls
  • Support the monthly payroll on-boarding process, by adding all 'new joiners' to the relevant country's payroll
  • Support the monthly payroll off-boarding process, by processing all 'leavers' from the relevant country's payroll
  • Support the processing of all non-standard Payroll processing across the region
  • Completion of all payroll administration relating to maternity, paternity, adoption and/or shared parental leave
  • Support the preparation and submission of all statutory reporting documentation in each European country where a centralised payroll is run (e.g., P60's, P11D's etc).
  • Work with the global team on any payroll related projects (workday payroll implementation, payroll transitions)
  • Support the Finance department with all month-end and year-end Payroll reporting, including the collating and analysing of any relevant Payroll data
  • Assisting with the annual payroll audit

Profile

  • 2 years + Payroll experience
  • Workday payroll experience essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and capable of communicating with a range of different stakeholders
  • Team-oriented with a demonstrated commitment to shared success above any personal accomplishment or recognition
  • Highly curious, proactively seeks out a range of opinions and perspectives.
