Job Type: Permanent

The role
As the Head of Finance Resource Management you will drive a material uplift on the resource management capability with the Finance function. You will own the Finance sourcing strategy (including Recruitment strategy) to meet current and future demand across both BAU and Change integrating this into a Finance Workforce Plan.
You will ensure appropriate controls are designed and embedded in line with the group's Capacity Risk policy as well as working with the wider business to develop the strategic workforce planning solution. As the Head of Finance Resource Management you will be supported by three Resource managers and two Data Analysts.
What are we looking for?
Currently working in Financial Services you will have exceptional experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You will have experience of conducting in-depth analysis of a change portfolio across a business to identify areas where resources can be more effectively utilised to optimise return on investment. You will also have a proven track record of presenting analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive decision making and shape change.
