Job Description & Summary
This is a new headcount with Digiqal.

Founded in 2022, DIGIQAL is a start-up with minority investment from PwC China. It has proven experience in providing customised services and enterprise-grade solutions to 5 million+ users around the world.
Accelerating digital transformation with quality and compliance is central to its DNA. In order to better serve our clients, we have established partnerships with over 30+ Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), across multiple territories. Working together to provide seamless digital services for enterprises of all sizes, across a number of regions and industries.

As a Business Analyst, your job duties are including but not limited to:

• 1.Understand and review business objectives and project requirements.
• 2.Analyse, cleanse and visualize data to identify trends and make decisions.
• 3.Considering business requirements against the current processes and assisting in the development and / or implementation of requirements utilizing analysis techniques.
• 4.Facilitating workshops to achieve focused outcomes and joint understanding of user needs.
• 5.Formally documenting functions and processes using Microsoft Office tools (including Visio).
• 6.Supporting the production of Management Information.
• 7.Working with project managers and PMO managers to deliver projects and program to plan
• 8.Working on multiple small projects and/or leading on a workstream of a complex project, applying standards, methodologies and tools.
• 9.Involved in process improvements, looking for areas of improvement and making recommendations for improvement.

Skills and Experience

• 1.Experience of working as a Business Analyst within complex project environments.
• 2.Good technical understanding of Business Analysis frameworks, value cycles, business processes, and business requirements
• 3.Excellent communication skills and ability to integrate well into a team and build effective relationships.
• 4.Ability to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources and recommend proposals to clients.
• 5.Proven analytical and mindset with an ability to develop solutions to technical problems.
