Job Description & Responsibilities

Word Processing Centre (WPC) provide service to PwC China and Hong Kong all departments internally. The main work responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Typing various materials and information on a timely and accurate basis
• Preparing financial reports, including editing format and contents
• Roll forward financial reports and other documents
• Formatting financial reports and other documents
• Other work assigned by the superior or company

• 及时并准确的录入各种资料和信息
• 准备财务报告, 包括编辑内容和格式
• 财务报告以及其他文档的前推工作
• 财务报告以及其他文档的格式调整工作
• 公司安排的其他工作

Requirements

• College degree, no major preference
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• 1-2 years relevant experience in document typing is prefer
• Above 70 Chinese characters and 150 English words per minute typing, at least 95% correct rate
• Basic knowledge of accounting is prefer

• Good customer service mindset
• Organized and attention to detail
• Good team player and willing to support across different teams
• Interested in editing and typing work
• Patient, and able to do repeated work
• Prefer routine work
