The candidate will take but not limited to the following work scope:

Work as service expert, assisting SDC delivery team to optimize work process SDC 交付团队改善流程 Update and maintain SOP&Newsletter properly, make sure delivery team can get the lastest instruction and support SOP 以及发出news letter 对业务进行积极的支持和引导 Assist RA team's service match firm's QMSE, make sure firm's policy and system working effective (QMSE)政策和流程在RA部门的落地实施,确保公司的质量管理措施有效运行 Taking part in RA team's meeting about work process excellence, learning about the original of RA service, identifying the potential operation risk and offer suggestion RA部门的流程梳理会议,及时了解Risk Assurance业务的发展方向,识别潜在的运营风险并提出有效的改善建议 Perform the quality control(OER, QC program) and give feedback (如OER,QC program核检),并出具复核报告 Collect RA team's projects information including working scope and responsibility continuously. Maintain MCT work scope and content RA各个项目组的工作内容,完善MCT工作范围及工作内容 Execute other supporting activities assigned by direct supervisor
Essential criteria
Bachelor's / Master's degree of any disciplines, accounting,auditing,Computer science ,information management or accounting related major is preferred
会计,审计,计算机,信息管理或其他财务相关专业本科及以上学历
3 to 6 years' auditing experience in CPA firms, preferred Big 4
3~6年的审计工作经验,具备4大工作背景或等同经历优先
Experience in internal control review or audit is preferred
具有相关内控审阅或审计经验者优先
Strong analytical and highly commitment to quality client service
很强的分析和沟通能力,勤勉敬业,致力于向客户提供卓越服务
Be mature, initiative with strong sense of teamwork and can work under high pressure
成熟,主动,具备良好的团队合作精神,抗压能力强
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills, effective interpersonal and influencing skills
优秀的中英文口语和书面表达能力, 高效的沟通能力和个人沟通技巧
Can adapt to travel for short term or OT
能够适应短期出差及加班
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage multi tasks at the same period

Efficient analytical and problem solving skills;

Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity;

Advantage criteria
Certification of CISA, CIA, CICPA, HKICPA ,ACCA is desirable and other CPA is preferred

Knowledge on any of SOX, CSOX, etc. is a plus
