Job Description & Responsibilities

•深入学习掌握财务知识,企业会计政策,财务报告流程与框架
•了解财务报告一体化和自动化的基本方法论,并独立推进相关项目
•懂得如何构建业务类型的人才发展与培训体系,实现良好的质量风险与流程管理
•向前方技术部门学习和全面了解审计项目的财务报告流程与风险管理,扩大自己的视野和思维方向

岗位工作内容:
•参与财务报告一体化与自动化的工具/平台开发,推进项目进度,完成新业务/工具的上线与落地
•遵循质量管理(QMSE)政策和QC流程,确保业务层面的质量管理措施有效运行,发现并促进质量问题的改善和解决
•为业务团队提供及时有力的技术指导,包括SOP,Newsletter,Quality Reminder等的撰写与更新,协助Service Manager改善业务流程,发现业务机会及风险
•其他Service Expert职责范围内的工作,包括但不限于培训与人才培养,业务流程优化等

Requirements
•有审计或者会计相关经验优先
•积极上进,灵活好学,富于逻辑思维,能胜任多线程汇报,多任务管理的工作模式
•具备良好的中英文书面及口头表达能力,可独立完成业务课程开发与人员培训
•有丰富的财务报告业务经验,持有至少两个财报业务的Reviewer资质
•良好的沟通技能,善于时间管理,可以独立开展项目/业务工作
•MS Office技能良好,可独立完成业务数据整理,分析与呈现
•流程优化以及自动化经验
•流程梳理相关经验
•项目管理经验
•创新思维
