Senior Analyst - FINANCE – EMEA TREASURY – ICO Loans
Summary:
Responsible for the day to day operations associated with Global Intercompany ( ICO) loans and Deposits. Responsible for the day to day operations associated with the processing and settlement of Treasury transactions within the Global netting system and Treasury system. Actively engaged in process documentation, review, redesign and optimization.
Essential duties & responsibilities include:
- Manage ICO loan agreement processes (limit checking, issuance, review, compliance etc.).
- Support the intercompany netting process, working with Corporate Treasury and other cycles as required, ensuring netting system is used optimally, annual calendar set and Treasury netting movements and settlements are executed efficiently.
- Work with Treasury Manager to ensure ICO Loan and netting related transactions are recorded in the Treasury system in a timely, efficient manner and compliant with policy.
- Support Company-wide initiatives (e.g. business development / legal entity changes / dividends / restructurings) with particular focus on netting and ICO loans
- Ensure all loan and Treasury netting processes are fully compliant with Finance policies and Treasury’s centralization goals
- Support Company wide requirements such as audit enquiries (country and tax led) and Corporate enquiries – especially ones that concern loans and netting
- Ensure reporting is delivered in a timely manner
- Support EMEA cash management team as required (e.g. during busy periods / outages)
- Ensure all processes and procedures are fully documented and up to date
Job requirements include:
- Strong analytical skills, highly organised
- Ability to support others in a team-oriented environment, often cross-functionally
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
- High attention to detail
- Strong focus on process optimisation: establishing efficient and controlled processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (or country equivalent)
- 3-5 years relevant prior work experience, ideally with experience in Treasury Management Systems
