Internal Audit - Junior - Job Description
Experience – 2-5 years
•    Participate in developing financial, operational and statutory compliance processes - narratives and/or process flows, including identifying process risk and controls
•    Help in preparation of risk register for the client’s business
•    Participate in planning and executing audit programs using risk based auditing principle
•    Collecting data from various sources, maintain the database and preparing driving reports, interpret data and analyze results
•    Maintain good documentation, work papers and supporting of the audits
•    Identify risk and cost reduction opportunities during the internal audit
•    Discuss the audit report with process owners, obtain action plan with time lines on the audit findings
