Make an impact with our National Tax Services Group as a Manager, Reporting and Compliance. This diverse team of professionals provides the delivery of MNP’s tax services across Canada and assists with internal tax matters within the firm. As a trusted advisor, you will help deliver compliance and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver personal and corporate tax compliance and planning
• Provide timely completion of personal and corporate tax returns and related bookkeeping
• Provide advice regarding federal and provincial tax affairs and helping to manage tax and accounting filing obligations
• Leverage strong understanding of personal and Canadian corporate tax to provide expert knowledge

Skills and Experience

• CPA designation
• At least 2 years of relevant tax practice experience preparing personal and corporate tax returns in a public accounting firm
• Experience with Canadian corporate and personal tax including owner-manager taxation
• Solid understanding of business, accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Proven client service skills with a strong ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Ability to communicate in English and French is considered an asset
• Completion of the In-Depth Tax Program is considered an asset
