Responsibilities (include but not limited to);

• Conduct product research within the financial planning universe
• Manage client review meetings and document preparation
• Liaising with the Adviser and carrying out system tasks allocated
• Conduct frequent audits on weekly basis on implementations
• Ability to understand and meet stakeholder expectations

Must Have

• Minimum 01 year experience in BPO industry/ Banking operations
• Full or Part Qualification related to Finance (ACCA or equivalent) or Administration 
• Excellent English reading, writing & speaking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management skills
• Able to multi-task
• Strong work ethic
