A forwards-thinking healthcare organisation are seeking a Business Analyst with a keen interest in IT and Data to join their Continuous Improvement Team, where you will drive and support them in making meaningful change within their field.

This is a home-based role, with very occasional visits to their Head Office in Borehamwood and occasionally other sites across England and Wales, where you will be responsible for planning, implementing an delivering exciting IT-related projects in line with their continuous improvement plan. This means they are considering candidates across the UK for this role.

You will be a keen problem-solver who enjoys the challenge of supporting the complex IT systems that sit at the heart of this data-driven organisation. Ideally you will have a PRINCE2 or similar qualification, and will have experience managing every stage of the project lifecycle including initiating, planning, delegating, managing and risk-mitigating. Whilst you won't be technically hands-on in this role as such, you do need to be technically minded with a keen interest in IT and data as you will enabling the technical people in the organisation to implement and adapt to change!

This is a unique opportunity to act within a team of "internal consultants" for the organisation, working on really varied projects across all areas and levels of the organisation.

Requirements:

* Previous business analysis or project management experience, specifically with IT projects
* Experience with project management methodologies and software tools
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* A keen interest in IT and data
* PRINCE2 or similar qualification is desirable

Benefits:

* Salary of 35,000-40,000, depending upon experience
* 33 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays
