A rare opportunity has arisen with a leading Property business based in Brand new offices in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance Team. This company are a well known name in their sector and seen as a market leader. They are currently going through an exciting period of growth making it an excellent time to join the business.

Description

The Purchase Ledger role is a Temporary to Permanent role and will be 100% office based in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport. Reporting to the Finance Manager Key duties will include:

  • Purchase ledger - Processing invoices, coding, chasing queries with suppliers and internal teams based on site, reconciling supplier statements, and preparing payment runs

* Thoroughly checking delivery notes against invoices and raising queries

* Completing supplier credit account forms

* Bank reconciliation

* Managing expenses

* Monitoring and reporting on fuel usage on site and fuel cards

* Managing company fuel cards

* Supplying site and suppliers with purchase order numbers

* Accounts administration

* Answering accounts telephone calls

Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

Have previous experience in Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger

Be available to consider a Temporary to Permanent role

Be able to commute to Cheadle Hulme Office
