A full-time position is available for an individual to be part of the Business Services Department.

The role:

  • Working in our Weybridge office, assisting the partners and managers in the delivery of a full range of accountancy services to a wide spectrum of owner managed business. 

The main tasks are:

  • To provide bookkeeping assistance using a digital bookkeeping package.
  • Training will be provided as necessary to acquire Adviser status.
  • Preparing accounts in accordance with Financial Reporting standards.
  • Liaising with the firm’s partners and accounts managers to ensure that the clients and compliance deadlines are met.
  • Completion of VAT returns and corporate tax returns, as required.
  • Liaising with management to ensure that all the accounts administrative functions are completed. Communications with clients using the firms secure portal platform and other media.

Required:

  • The successful candidate will have good communication and organisation skills. They must have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be prepared to work in a team.
  • Although not essential, ideally the successful candidate would have experience of using Xero, Sage or QuickBooks.
  • Be part qualified. Applicants with relevant work experience who are just starting their studies would be considered too.
