What you’ll achieve
Vendor Funding Accounting team is to support and work with business team to track, book, invoice as well as collect the funding from vendors based on the performance on services, co-marketing, product development or purchasing activities as agreed on the contract.
You will:
- Support monthly accounting close, journal bookings, balance sheet reconciliations per Dell Corporate Accounting Policy
- Support & work with Finance / Marketing team to drive for reducing long aging receivable & also provides vendor collection updates
- Support SOX audit, statutory audit requests, quarter end reporting, FLUX analysis and any ad-hoc reporting
- Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid financial impact, facilitating continuous improvements and innovation
- This position requires attention to detail, strict adherence to close & reporting deadlines and support global business partners

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification
- Minimum working experience of 3 years, preferably in an accounting firm and/or MNC
- Excellent communication skills & proficient in English
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking and detailed oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, flexibility to work beyond regular working hours as require supporting Global business partner.
Desirable Requirements:
- ACCA/CPA/CIMA certification in progress/completed is an added advantage
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint etc). SAP user knowledge is an added advantage.
