To support the delivery of Global Billing and Receivables services, as part of the end to end OTC process.

WHAT TO EXPECT

As the Finance Analyst - Billing & Receivables, you'll be responsible for:
• Demonstrate the delivery of Global Billing and Receivables processes, ensuring the service is timely and accurate
• Contribute to the global deployment, standardisation and optimisation of Billing and Receivables services to all JLR locations
• Contribute to the evaluation of new business opportunities and initiatives to assess and optimise the services to be deployed
• Demonstrate the delivery of month end completion and associated financial reporting to specified group timetable
• Support the production of high quality, value add KPIs and metrics
• Maintain effective day to day relationships with a global customer base
• Adhere to the policies, controls and governance
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Resolve customer concerns, escalating as necessary
• Undertake appropriate training and development
• Embrace the JLR Customer First principles and behaviours

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Relevant qualifications or qualified by experience in the industry specific field
• Knowledge of industry practice and systems (e.g. SAP) relating to Order to Cash
• Experience of working in a SOX controlled environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of the OTC area of finance
• Ability to multi task, work accurately at speed and under pressure
• Continuous improvement 'mind set' with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues using innovation
• Attention to detail at all levels
• Ability to research and troubleshoot user issues
• Self-driven learner with an appetite for continuous professional and personal development
• Ability and willingness to travel UK/EU/Globally as required
