Accounts Payable Manager

The Accounts Payable Manager will play an important role in the Finance team, managing a small team who will be responsible for ensuring that the vendor invoices and staff expenses are processed and paid using the relevant control framework.

What you'll do:

• Manage the Accounts Payable team.
• Ensure that all vendor invoices received are processed promptly, accurately and in accordance within the control. framework and are accounted correctly.
• Ensure that all staff expenses received are processed promptly, accurately and in accordance within the control framework and are accounted correctly.
• Manage relationships with the various stakeholders using clear and timely communication.
• Manage the software Tipalti and Expensify used currently with AP and Expenses.
• Ensure accounting and control policies are understood and followed.
• Ensure all documentation and procedures are current.
• Work alongside the Senior Controllers to ensure robust cashflow forecasts.
• Ad hoc projects where required.

What you have:

• Ability to identify, analyse, and resolve issues independently.
• Experience working with a variety of systems., Preferred: NetSuite Tipalti and Expensify experience.
• Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines.
• Self-directed, proactive, and maintains a strong sense of personal accountability.
• Demonstrates a process improvement mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills.
