Description

▪ Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the TB and associated ledgers within Dynamics 365, including the validity of all supporting records.

▪ Responsible for the integrity and completeness of the balance sheet reconciliations. ▪ Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the AR and AP ledgers including resolution of issues.

▪ Responsible for capital asset registers and security.

▪ Assist the Management Accountant in stock accounting matters.

▪ Assisting the FC in liquidity monitoring and forecasting functions.

▪ Assisting the treasury function with bank account, liquidity and credit card related matters.

* Assisting the FC in the management of supplier settlements, payment runs, payroll runs.

* Assisting the FC in revenue contract matters, subsequent invoicing and collection.

▪ Work closely with FC, Management Accountant and with business in general in the development of understanding costs and to assess new business opportunities.

▪ Assist the FC in the preparation of monthly management accounts and the provision of detailed analysis of performance, trends and variance to strict deadlines.

▪ Reporting and monitoring of performance accurately against budget, forecasts and plans. ▪ Provide support for VAT reporting process.

▪ Provide support for other statutory reporting functions such as the ONS, HMRC and aviation regulatory bodies.

▪ Aid in general accounting and reporting.

▪ Aid in budget, forecast and plan preparation.

▪ In conjunction with the FC and Management Accountant, define and continually improve financial processes and internal controls.
