Description

• Assessing and analyzing potential risks that may impact an organization's operations, assets, and reputation.
• Developing and implementing risk management strategies and plans to mitigate potential risks and minimize their impact.
• Identifying and analyzing internal and external risk factors that may affect the organization, including financial, operational, legal, and regulatory risks.
• Conducting risk assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management policies and procedures.
• Providing advice and guidance to senior management and other stakeholders on risk management issues and strategies.
• Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
• Monitoring and tracking risk management activities and outcomes, and reporting on progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments related to risk management, and making recommendations for improvements as needed.

Profile

• University degree
• CPA/ CIA/ CISA
• No less than 3 years of internal control/ risk management experience from CPA firm/ consulting firm, etc.
• SOX is preferred
• Strong communication skills
