Reporting to the Financial Controller, you provide analysis to support any strategic business decisions and perform thorough financial analysis including financial modelling, profitability analysis, monitoring business issues and impact to bottom line.

Client Details

Our client is a global supplier of packaging products solutions, with strong presence in the APAC region. Providing an array of services under their portfolio, the company has consistently enjoyed year on year revenue growth. Due to expansion plans, they are seeking for a high calibre Senior Finance Analyst to join their Finance team.

Description

  • Analyse financial data by comparing actual results with plans and forecast
  • Perform variance analysis, identify trends, make recommendations for improvements, optimisation and decision support
  • Develop financial models, perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics for leadership reviews
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Suggesting budgets and improvements based on the above information
  • Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc accounting/finance responsibilities and due diligence

Profile

  • Graduate Accountant or ACCA equivalent with at least 3-5 years' related work experience
  • Individuals from multinational environment or is able to work under pressure of tight deadlines will be beneficial
  • Good communication skills as collaboration with regional and operational finance teams are required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word & financial systems applications.
  • Experience in ERP systems such as Hyperion/One stream/others will be beneficial
  • Able to travel
  • Ability to read and speak Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking client).
