Job Description

Risks and Issues

  • Maintain the Risk process cycle - Ensure that the process is working smoothly (current or the future one), arrange for the necessary follow ups, calls and meetings with the Risks / issues owners, implementation teams and business - if it's required.
  • Maintain and support the ME Tech Dashboard, ensure the dashboard is complete, accurate and up to date.
  • Risks / issues mitigation and remediation support - follow up with the related teams to ensure proper procedures are planned and implemented to remediate mitigate Tech Risks.
  • Engage with the Service Quality management team to implement and monitor the related controls.
  • Disaster Recovery (DR) & Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
  • Support updating ME Tech Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
  • Building Tech Accomelated BIA, and obtain the required approval from leads and teams.
  • Contribute in building the ME Accumelated BIA and perform the required analysis to identify ME Critical applications.
  • Work with the related teams to document the required procedures and ensure completeness of any DR / HA related projects.
  • Contribute in building ME DR & BCP.
  • Arrange and manage ME critical applications DR and HA testing and related follow ups and documentations.

Audit (Internal & External)

  • Response to Internal and external Audit Requests.
  • Engage with the related teams and leads, to respond for the audit requirements and that includes and not limited to (arrange for the audit calls, evidence's gathering, prepare audit responses.etc)
  • Follow up with the leads and teams to ensure closing of audit findings and implementing the raised recommendations.
  • Engage with the Quality management team to implement and monitor the related controls.

Compliance

  • Response to Regional & Global Compliance , and compliance audits requests.
  • Arrange with the related teams and leads, to respond for the compliance / audit requirements and that includes and not limited to (arrange for the calls, evidence's gathering, prepare responses etc)
  • Follow up with the leads and teams to ensure closing of findings and implementing the raised recommendations.
  • Arrange with the Quality management team to implement and monitor the related controls, recommendations and improvement procedures.
  • Risks / Controls gathering and documentations
  • Arrange with the Risk owners to provide, maintain and approve the related controls.
  • Gather and maintain required evidences
  • Audit file documentations.
  • Manage any related audit regionally or globally.
Follow up with finding(s) owners to ensure findings closing.
